I started doing a blog for today's plans and somehow, I cut it off. ;) It's fun to hear how the day started.

Recommendation:

We had such a good time at Dad's Lounge -- especially because of Sheila -- and at Mom's. Here's why!

Wrap up the day:

Our first time at the stunt show, the rain catches up to us, Muppets still good, and move on to Pleasure Island where we're pick for the embarrassing moment at the Comedy Club!

Wrap up the day

We're took the dogs to the kennel which means they ride on the tram (MGM got rid of their kennel parking). The tram that was already there was pretty full, and we try to get in the last seat when we have the dogs (after asking the CM if he or she has any problems with dogs). That way, if a Guest is allergic or skittish, they have the choice of a whole tram so our dogs are far from them with plenty of seats in between. So we thanked people in the nearly full tram for offering us seats, but we waited for the next one. To our surprise, everyone on that side of the tram leaned out to pet the dogs as they went by!

We're stunned by how many kids are here this week. It's middle of October so we don't know what school break there could be.

Later in the day, walking around Rock n Roll rollercoaster, I lip synched to "Genius of Love". John listened to this and then joked: "Yeah, I can't wait for Barney and Friends to come here. Get some real music in the parks."

When we got back to Fort Wilderness, I mentioned how much I'd miss not having the golf cart at our next trip. In my mind, I was leading towards getting John to want to rent it again. He surprised me by saying he knew that first night that a cart was in our budget for every trip! No way would he want to go back to being without it. Just like some teased us on a Disney board!

We pass a couple of men who, because of their dress and mannerisms, makes John joke, "Look, the Sopranos are staying at Fort Wilderness." Ha!

When we went back to the park, we took the golf cart to the bus stop. We took buses to Pleasure Island as well so we have a romantic drive back through Fort Wilderness as the way to end our day. love

As we rode on the bus, I pointed out the sign with Pluto for the DVC that says, "Do you know the secret?" With mock shock, I said to John, "Disney has a time share?!" Because who doesn't know that once you've visited one time? Wink I envy the DVC members for the "Welcome home" that they get. It's how we feel about Fort Wilderness. We'd buy a DVC membership there if we could, and I'd love a Welcome Home for it. love
